How to Use the Course Builder

This section displays the available modules for the course level you’ve chosen.

Mandatory modules have been pre-selected and are highlighted by an asterisk* — these are required for every course and will be included automatically.

You can select or drag and drop any additional modules you plan to deliver to your staff team. Each module includes a list of associated techniques. You’re not required to cover every technique — as the trainer, you can choose the ones most relevant to your organisation's needs.

If you're using Blended Learning:
Please note that 3 hours of theoretical content will be delivered through the online learning modules. It’s important to allocate sufficient time during your face-to-face sessions to revisit these modules. This allows participants to deepen their understanding and engage in meaningful discussion.

Each module includes minimum suggested timings. As the trainer, use your professional judgement to determine appropriate session lengths based on the needs of your team. The goal is for staff to complete the training feeling both confident and competent in the covered material.

Once you’ve selected all relevant modules, click 'Submit' to finalise your training notification. A pop-up will confirm the time commitment for the training course based on the modules you have chosen. 

You can check which modules have been selected for a training course by viewing the course and selecting the ‘course overview’ button.
