How to View and Download Your Certificate

Your Team Teach certificate is available to view and download anytime directly from your Connect account. Follow the steps below to locate it.

1. Log in to Your Account
   Go to Team Teach Connect and log in with your details.

2. Check Your Role

   1. In the top left-hand corner, open the dropdown menu.

   2. Make sure you are viewing the ‘Individual’ role.

3. Access Your Profile

   1. Click your name to open the dropdown menu in the top navigation panel.

   2. Select ‘My Profile’ from the menu.

4. Locate Your Certifications

   1. Scroll down to the ‘Certifications’ section.

   2. Here you’ll see any certificates you currently hold.

5. Download Your Certificate

   1. Click ‘View Certificate’ next to the relevant course.

   2. Then select ‘Download certificate’ to save a PDF copy for your records.

❓ No Certificate in Your Account?

If your certificate isn’t showing, here are a few things to check:

🕒 Just Completed Training?

• Your certificate will only be issued after:

  • Your Health & Safety Consent Form is submitted

  • You have completed your Course Evaluation

  • Your trainer has awarded a pass grade

Please ensure these steps are completed to avoid delays.
